Billing and plans control commercial access to Qwibik One capabilities. A workspace subscription determines enabled modules, limits, and support expectations.

Common tasks

  • Review current plan and enabled modules.
  • Update payment method and billing contact.
  • Understand invoice status and renewal timing.
  • Request module access or plan changes.
  • Resolve failed payments or disputed invoices.

Support guidance

For billing support, include the invoice number, billing contact, workspace URL, payment status, and any error shown by the billing portal.
