Getting started
Managing Content with Qwibik Content Hub
How authorized editorial staff create, organize, preview, and publish announcements, releases, and documentation through Payload CMS.
Qwibik Content Hub is our self-hosted Payload CMS platform. It provides authorized Qwibik staff with an intuitive editorial interface for managing product releases, official announcements, and technical documentation without modifying code or triggering Git deployments.
Accessing the Content Hub
Authorized staff can access the CMS at https://cms.qwibik.com/admin. Sign in using your staff credentials. Access permissions are role-based:
- Administrator: Full authority over users, content collections, and system taxonomies.
- Editor: Authoring, editing, previewing, and immediate publishing of all content types.
- Author / Publisher: Drafting and editing owned content and submitting for review.
Supported Editorial Collections
Content Hub manages four primary collections:
- Announcements: Official communications appearing at qwibik.com/updates.
- Release Notes: Versioned features, improvements, and fixes queryable by product.
- Documentation: Structured documentation pages rendered directly through Fumadocs on this site.
- Media: High-performance image and file storage backed by Cloudflare R2.
Draft and Preview Workflow
Every announcement and documentation page supports live drafts and revision history. Clicking Preview in the Payload interface securely generates a signed preview token, allowing you to review exactly how your changes will render on the live website before publication.
Automatic Cache Revalidation
When you click Publish, Payload invokes on-demand cache revalidation webhooks across our edge network. Published updates appear instantly on qwibik.com/updates and docs.qwibik.com without manual cache purging.
